1. **To start, you will need to add Giphy to your workspace.**

2. Search for GIFs to send in any message using:

- The **slash command**: just type `/` and pick "Send GIF"

- Or tap the **slash icon** in the message composer

3. You will be able to shuffle between GIF options that fit your prompt and then send your choice!

If you’ve already found your perfect GIF elsewhere, **you can also upload GIFs in the message editor:**

- On the Mac app, you can drag and drop in a GIF straight from the [Giphy](https://giphy.com/) site.

- On all of our apps, you can upload GIFs you have saved on your device via the attachment icon or dragging and dropping.
